Custom Design Service
If you or your customer has an idea or a desire for something personal, and would like to produce one of a kind piece, this is where to start.

4 steps to create your one-of-a-kind custom jewelry:
Step 1 - Request a Quote
Send us a description, picture, or an idea. Give us as much information as you can about what you would like to create. We will send you a complimentary price quote on within 24 hours.

Step 2 - Concept/Drawing
Our designers will take your ideas to draw a free-hand version of your new model jewelry for your approval. Our designers can give you a professional opinion of what will and will not work together so you can tweak the design to create the perfect piece. Usually withing 24 hours.
Step 3 - CAD/Wax Models

Upon your final design approval, We will create a Computer Aided Design (CAD), which displays multi-angled renderings of your design. Rendered images of your 3D model can be emailed to you. We will then grow a full-size wax mold of your new design. The wax model is full-scale, which will allow you to see the exact detail and dimensions of your new piece. If you desire, we are happy to mail you the wax model so that you can get a sense of how the piece will look before your jewelry is finished.
Step 4 - Approval/Final Product
Once your approval is received, our production team will cast your piece in the precious metal of your choice. We will make all necessary adjustments, such as finger size. It will then be cast, polished, set and finished by our expert craftsmen.

The majority of custom designed pieces take 7-14 business days to complete depending on the complexity of the design.
